Arilea Fenty is a licensed clinical social worker with over 17 years of experience in the field of social work. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), known for her compassionate care and dedication to advocacy across all stages of life.

Her diverse professional background includes over eight years in early childhood education with the Head Start program, where she supported families in achieving stability and growth. Arilea has also served as Director of Social Services for multiple nursing homes across Florida’s Treasure Coast, providing care coordination and emotional support for seniors and their families. In addition, she has worked extensively in hospice care, dialysis support, and mental health therapy services.

Beyond her clinical and professional expertise, Arilea brings a personal perspective to her work. As a mother of two sons, one of whom is diagnosed with autism, she has lived the journey that many of her clients face. This unique dual lens allows her to connect deeply with families and tailor services that meet both emotional and practical needs.

Arilea is the Founder and CEO of Chances Advocates, an organization committed to:

  • Providing advocacy services for children with autism

  • Offering comprehensive mental health therapy services

  • Facilitating a monthly support group for mothers of children with autism

  • Collaborating with community organizations to expand access to essential services and resources for families

She is passionate about empowering individuals and improving their quality of life through dedicated advocacy, compassionate care, and strong community partnerships. Her mission is to support children, families, and seniors by ensuring they have access to the resources, guidance, and services they need to thrive.

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Authorized to provide clinical therapy and social work services

  • Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) – Specialized in supporting individuals and families impacted by dementia

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) – Expert in autism advocacy, intervention, and support

  • Over 17 years of experience in social work, including:

    • Mental health therapy

    • Hospice and dialysis care

    • Nursing home social services (Director-level experience)

    • Early childhood education (8+ years with Head Start)
